Email

• An email is sent to the applicant when a full application is requested and the agency chooses to send alerts. Clicking "Complete Full Application" will open the application.

SMS

• An SMS is sent to the applicant when a full application is requested and the agency chooses to send alerts. The applicant must opt in to SMS notifications when adding phone numbers. Clicking the URL in the SMS will open the application.

Bell Notification

• The Bell Notification is another method to notify the applicant of a pending full application. Clicking the link in the bell notification will direct the applicant to the My Applications page.

If you revert the request for a full application by changing the application type from Full Application to Pre-Application, there will be no automated notification to the applicant family. The toast messages on the My Applications page will be removed, and a pre-application will be presented upon update. It is up to the agency to decide whether to communicate this change to the family.
