  • In the "Renter FAQs" section, you'll find prewritten FAQs for your public profile.
• Edit or Remove FAQs:
  • Easily remove FAQs by clicking the trash can icon on the right side.
  • Edit an FAQ by clicking the pencil and paper icon.
• Add New FAQs:
  • Click the green "Add New FAQ" button at the bottom of this section. Note: You can add a maximum of 15 renter FAQs.
  • In the editor, add the question and customize the answer with bulleted lists, bold font, and helpful links.
  • Click "Publish" after you are done editing.

3. Edit Our Programs:

In the "Our Programs" section, add general information about the government assistance programs your agency provides.

• Manage Programs:
  • Just like the FAQ section, you can delete or edit all of your programs anytime.
  • Click "Add New Program" to add new ones.
