Let People Know About your Agency

In this section, we will focus on the "About" tab of your public profile. Follow the steps listed below to compose or edit general information about your agency

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Navigate to Your Public Profile:

  • At the top of the page, click on the "Public Profile" link.
  • Select the "About" tab, located directly below "For Renters."

2. About Agency

  • You can use this first dropped down section to include anything about the agency including location, agency history, success stories, etc.
  • Next, you can choose to include your agency's mission & values.

3. Agency leadership

  • Click on the green button to add names and bios for agency leadership staff.
  • You must include a photo, name, job title, and job description. Photos must be in JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP, SVG and HEIC image file types. Minimum dimensions are 350x350px with a maximum size of 450 KB.
  • Up to three leadership cards can be added in this section.

TIP: While a photo must be attached here, it does not need to be of a face. You can select an image of the company's logo instead.
