How to Edit the Owners Tab

In this section, we will focus on enhancing the "For Owners" tab of your public profile. Follow these easy steps to make your owner information clear, informative, and enticing.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Navigate to Your Public Profile:

  • At the top of the page, click on the "Public Profile" dropdown then click "Customize Public Profile".
  • Select the "For Owners" tab, located directly below "For Renters."

2. List Information About Owner Benefits:

  • Highlight Benefits:
    • List the benefits for owners who work with your agency.
  • Customize Content:
    • Just like in the previous sections, you can use bulleted lists, bold font, and add links.

TIP: Include reasons why property owners would want to participate in your programs, and highlight any special initiatives such as landlord incentive programs.

3. Edit Owner FAQs:

  • Navigate to the FAQ Section:
    • Scroll down to the title that says "Section 8 Property Owner FAQs."
  • Review and Edit FAQs:
    • Review the prewritten questions and their respective answers.
    • Edit any FAQs by clicking the pencil and paper icon.

TIP: Use the FAQs to show property owners that government housing programs can be a great option for them.
