Granting Access
All users with Full Control or Administrator roles can edit your agency's Public Profile directly. If you'd like to grant access to edit the Public Profile to a user without Full Control or Administrator permissions.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to Settings:
Click on the gear icon located on the top right of the HAdashboard then click on "User Settings" to manage user permissions.
Select and Edit User:
Choose the user from the list to whom you wish to grant editing permissions.
Click the "Edit" button next to the user’s name.
Manage Public Profile:
In the permissions section, check the box labeled "Manage Public Profile" to grant access.
Save Your Changes:
Confirm the changes by clicking the "Save" button.
