• At the top of the page, click on the "Public Profile" link.
• Select the "General" tab within the profile section.

2. Update Your Agency's Name and Logo:

• Agency Name:
  • Ensure your agency's name is correct. If you need to update it, contact our support team at (561) 416-5255. Save this contact as a reference if you have and technical issues.
• Agency Logo:
  • Choose a logo file (JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP, SVG, or HEIC). The optimal size is 80x80 pixels, and the file size should not exceed 250 KB.
  • Click "Choose File" to upload your logo.

3. Enhance Your Profile with a Background Image:

• Crop and Publish Your Background Image:
  • Click on the image to display the cropping tool.
  • Drag the rectangle to select the desired area of the photo.
  • Once satisfied, click "Publish" to update your profile.
